Dani Sturges is a Denver-based media professional, entrepreneur, and real estate specialist with more than a decade of experience in storytelling, branding, and strategic marketing. As Co-Founder and head of Leasing & Marketing for High Wave Holdings, Dani brings a unique blend of creative vision and business development expertise to every project, helping shape properties into meaningful, community-driven investments.

With a background in television hosting, production, content creation, and real estate, Dani has built her career around connecting people to places and stories that matter. Her experience in media and marketing allows her to approach leasing and investment opportunities with a strong focus on brand identity, tenant relationships, and long-term value creation.
